- Start a Workout: Once you have a plan, you can start a workout from the main screen.
- Log Your Sets: As you work out, enter your weight and reps. Tap the checkmark to log the set and start your rest timer.
- Track Progress: All your completed workouts are saved. Visit the "Progress Analytics" section to see your history and personal records.
